The ground floor consists of a well equip kitchen, with a large double oven cooker, a dishwasher and washing machine. Supplied are plenty of pots and pans,  baking trays with cutlery and crockery for  at least 16 people .The kitchen and snug both have french doors that open to the patio and front garden and extend the living pace further when the weather is good. The dinning / living area  was designed to be fairly open plan with a fireplace between the snug and lounge, and hatch / bar between the kitchen and dinning space. The dinning table seats 8/10 comfortably, there is also an outside table on the patio which can seat the same number, the kitchen table can be added to both should your party be bigger. In the snug there is both a DVD & video player, plus lots of films for both adults & children, as well as games to keep everyone entertained should you run out of chat!
